HotelMatrixCONNECTED DATA / HOTELMATRIX

PMS integrations

Automatic data imports and fewer errors. Connect hotel operating data with HotelMatrix analytics to compare performance with your competitive set.

Less manual work

Once data exchange is configured, your team does not need to copy the same metrics into spreadsheets again.

Consistent metrics

We check dates, room nights, revenue and currency so occupancy, ADR and RevPAR are comparable.

Competitive context

Compare your performance with aggregated set results without revealing individual hotel data to competitors.

PMS DIRECTORY

Your PMS is the starting point

Before connecting, we check the PMS version, available interfaces and permissions. The exchange method and refresh frequency are confirmed for each property.

GETTING CONNECTED

How connection works

01

Review your PMS

Share the system name, version, hotel and a technical contact.

02

Agree the exchange

Define the required fields, periods, refresh schedule and permissions.

03

Validate an import

Reconcile received metrics with PMS reports and resolve differences.

04

Use regular analytics

After validation, your team can use reports and competitive-set comparisons.

What data is needed

For core metrics, we agree available and sold room nights, room revenue, dates and currency. Forward demand analysis may require future reservations and changes between snapshots. The exact dataset depends on the module and PMS capabilities.

Compare performance. Keep individual results private.

Only the agreed dataset is exchanged, with defined access permissions. Market comparisons use aggregated results: competitors cannot see your hotel’s individual metrics.

Your PMS is not listed?

Tell us which system you use. We will check the available exchange options and suggest the next step.
